In general the space worked for the 5 of us and having gated garden at back was great for the dog. Few suggestions to focus on that would improve. Clean kitchenware and provision of more glasses/bowls, clear garden dog mess, change a few mattresses, especially in en-suite room. Maintenance of plumbing (flushing en-suite toilet resulted in loud banging noise which often woke house), fix extractor fan in en suite as room smelt damp/musty. The key improvement would be to leave a simple set of instructions or welcome info. No idea what to do with recycling, changing heating (log fire was great), Like I say all potential improvements which would easily move 3 star to 4. Hope that helps

Beds very comfortable which is always a gamble in a holiday cottage! Have recommended to a few friends already as good for a family or two smaller families staying together. Good facilities showers and baths good, and grateful for the amount of towels left for us as there was 8 of us. Lovely kitchen and great appliances good for cooking for large numbers. Could use a few more bowls but this is the only criticism. Would definitely stay again!

Very friendly local pub which served lovely food to eat in or take away. The house has plenty of room and great facilities. The house is also located near the bus stop which was very handy for the beach and lands end.
