5 Parc Terrace is a charming cottage in Newlyn, praised for its cleanliness, welcoming touches, and ideal location for exploring Cornwall. Guests enjoyed local amenities and the property's proximity to Penzance and Mousehole. Some concerns were raised about parking and steep access, but these were minor compared to the overall positive experiences.
The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews noting it as spotless and well-maintained. One isolated mention of a dirty grill pan does not significantly detract from the overall excellent feedback.
The location is generally appreciated for its centrality and convenience to local attractions, despite some concerns about the steep hill and parking difficulties. The proximity to bus routes and walkability to nearby villages are seen as positives.
Comfort receives positive remarks for cosy and well-kept interiors, though some guests mention issues with sofa comfort and noise from the road. The beds are described as comfy, indicating a generally satisfactory level of comfort.
Facilities are adequate, with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, but some guests suggest the need for additional kitchenware and mention wear on saucepans. The lack of a dressing table and high placement of the TV are noted as areas for improvement.
Guests express gratitude for the thoughtful welcome gifts, including Prosecco and scones, which add a special touch to their arrival. While these gifts are warmly received, it is important to note that such gestures, though appreciated, are not guaranteed for every stay.
