St Just 0.9 miles. With panoramic views of the countryside and coast, Broadlands is a large bungalow in a sought-after location in Bosavern near St Just. This dog-friendly accommodation in Cornwall is ideal for family gatherings or group trips, offering spacious gardens and a hot tub, ample private driveway parking, ground-floor living, and high-quality facilities for a comfortable staycation. Upon arrival, you'll be immediately wowed by the far-reaching views across the rolling hills and out to sea. These views can be enjoyed throughout the property, especially whilst you rustle up home-cooked meals in the kitchen/diner; an electric Redfyre range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and plenty of storage space provides everything you need. Set the table for eight ready to catch up with your loved ones, and why not pop open a bottle of fizz to celebrate a special occasion? Outside, more seating awaits to make the most of your surroundings, especially during summer sunsets. Finish your days with a relaxing seat in the bubbling hot tub, whilst kids and canines can play on the enclosed lawn. More relaxation can be found in the sitting room with two sofas, an armchair, and a Smart TV to sink into the cushions and watch your favourite film. For a quiet spot, the conservatory is just next door; lose yourself in a good book or simply admire the breath-taking views! After busy beach days or coastal treks, throw your gear into the utility/cloakrooms into the washer and dryer, before freshening up in the contemporary bathroom, complete with a heated towel rail. All four bedrooms have been beautifully appointed with a wall-mounted Smart TV, ensuring each guest has a peaceful space to rest; the master has a king/size zip/link with en-suite wet room, along with two king-size and a double. A sought-after location in Cornwall, there are plenty of attractions to suit all tastes; start by exploring St Just, home to the Jackson Foundation Gallery, The Star Inn for traditional pub grub, and plenty of convenience stores, whilst Bosavern Community Farm is just by Broadlands for fresh, local produce. Historians will be spoilt for choice with Carn Euny Ancient Village, The Count House local history museum, and the former Geevor Tin Mine are all close by. However, for avid walkers, the South West Coast Path ensures spectacular sea views, sandy coves, and plenty of picnic spots. Journey south along the coast to the iconic Land's End overlooking Longships Lighthouse, whilst idyllic sandy beaches include Sennen and Pedn Vounder. Spend your day in the port town of Penzance with a bustling promenade, the Penlee House Gallery & Museum, and why not take a boat trip to the Isles of Scilly? The National Trust's Trengwainton Garden, a 16th-century home with scenic gardens and woodland trials, and the Cornish Trewidden Garden, are both nearby. Further afield, the Bohemian streets of St Ives await for surfing, shopping, and tasting local delicacies! You'll be spoilt for choice on your next Cornwall adventure at Broadlands.
The nearest town to Land's End is St Just, which is around eight miles west of Penzance. The town is an ancient settlement with a long mining history, with various monuments and prehistoric artefacts to see, notably the Bronze Age colony near Cape Cornwall. Because of its location on the edge of the moors and near proximity to the magnificent north shore, St Just is a great base for exploring the far west of Cornwall.

A property that is offered in immaculate condition that also accepts dogs and has a completely safe garden for them is such a rarity. Outstanding views and a very rural feel but within minutes to St Just (which has everything you need). Going to re book for next year!

Hot tub a lovely bonus and good sized garden for the young ones. Amazing views and even better than we thought it would be. Loved watching the planes arriving and departing the local airport! And of course the fantastic weather helped!
