The view of Lamorna Cove from this lovely detached cottage is amazing! The Magazine was once a dynamite store for the local quarry and enjoys an enviable position just a few minutes’ walk from the well-known beach. With beautiful terraced gardens, a cosy lounge with a woodburning stove and two pretty bedrooms, The Magazine is perfect all year round. Access to the cottage is steep, with steps, but once you get to the front door, the view is well-worth it. There is a sunny conservatory/diner with stunning views, a well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.

The cottage and location were both wonderful, just a short stroll to the cove and fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. Sebastian at Original Cottages was extremely helpful with updating our parking details and emailing to confirm, nothing was too much trouble. Hope to be back very soon

We are completely in love with this cottage. We didn't have the best of weather whilst we were there but because the cottage was so cosy and comfortable with such beautiful views out over the cove that it didn't really matter. The conservatory was the perfect place to spend time and watch the sea when it was too wet to be out. The outside space was intriguing with various areas for relaxing and cheeky little models hidden amongst the rocks and plants in the vertical garden. We really hope that we can come back and stay here again soon.
