Wander through the narrow cobbled streets lined with quaint galleries, tea rooms, cafes and ice cream parlours - best enjoyed with a dollop of Cornish clotted cream. The active fishing port of Newlyn with its famous fish market is just along the coastline and a little further the rail terminus and town of Penzance, accessible by a regular bus service. A little further you will find the popular village of Marazion, famous for its castle topped island, St Michaels Mount, accessible by foot at low tide. Porthcurno with its open-air theatre and breathtaking white sands and turquoise blue waters are also in easy reach. Trecarrell is an escape for all seasons for couples or families alike.
