Experience - The Area...

Jasmine is a lovely semi detached Cornish cottage which has been tastefully refurbished by the current owners.  The property sits snuggly in the little hamlet of Perrancoombe which is less than a mile from the popular town of Perranporth and its world famous sandy beach which stretches over three miles.

Perranporth has a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach of the property and is served by good local bus connections to Newquay, St Agnes and Truro.  Surf hire shops offer surfing lessons whilst riding stables, tennis courts and a links golf course all available locally.  The popular towns of Padstow, St Ives and Falmouth are all within a 20 mile radius.

Stay - The Accommodation...

Entered through the front door you will find a porch with tiled floor. Just off the porch is the good size family bathroom WC with bath, electric shower over bath, basin and heated towel rail.  Immediately in front of you is the modern kitchen/diner with practical tiled flooring and generous work surface space and cupboard provision. An array of the usual kitchen appliances are provided. Completing the ground floor layout is the cosy living room with comfortable easy seating, focal electric fire and tiled flooring.

A flight of narrow carpeted stairs lead up to the two bedrooms. To the left at the top of the stairs is the spacious, light and bright double bedroom and to the right the pretty twin bedoom.  Both bedrooms have attractive stripped original wooden flooring with ample hanging and drawer space provided with the bonus of a dressing table in each.

Jasmine Cottage provides comfortable accommodation for up to four guests and boasts some lovely original features including latch doors to the bedrooms and beams throughout.

The partially paved patio to the front of the cottage is fully enclosed by a white washed 4ft (at its lowest) wall.  There is a small raised section of the patio with table and chairs provided for alfresco dining. A useful storage room accommodates the washing machine with space for the safe storage of bikes and small surf boards too.  There is private parking for one car on the sloped shared driveway to the front with additional parking if required available on the road.
