Magnolia Cottage, aptly named as it is situated near the magnolia tree, is a newly built detached cottage and is an ideal base for a romantic getaway in Cornwall for just the two of you. Magnolia Cottage is beautifully presented, all on one level and has a small terrace to the front with seating.
ground floor:
Living/Kitchen/Dining Room: Flat screen TV, wood burner, ceramic hob, fan oven, dishwasher.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5') with storage, two bedside cabinets, built in wardrobes.
Bathroom: Double shower, basin, heated towel rail, w.c.
garden AND parking:
Outside there is a small terrace with seating as well as communal gardens to enjoy. Private parking available.
Changeover Day: Saturday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Up to 2 dogs are welcome, £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity and heating included in the rent, woodburner in lounge.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 3.5 ml Restaurant/Pub: 3.5 ml Coast: 3.5 ml.
