Very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kate who looks after the house was efficient and very helpful when required. House is decorated and furbished very nicely, when entering the house it felt like home immediately. The house is ideally situated for those staying to venture out to other areas of Cornwall.

It provided a perfect base for exploring St.Agnes and surrounding area. It was spotlessly clean , well equipped, with very comfortable beds and sofas. The Garden Room is a very nice addition, allowing enjoyment of the garden if itâs not quite warm enough to sit outside. Just two suggestions - which echo previous visitor comments - thicker towels, and blinds in the back bedrooms to offer more privacy from walkers on the footpath through the field behind the property. All in all a very enjoyable stay in this lovely property.
