The property is reverse level, with a spacious king-size bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room, alongside a fresh and airy twin bedroom with a Smart television, perfect for those lazy mornings.
Head upstairs to the bright, open-plan living area with high vaulted ceilings and exposed stunning wooden beams, where you can gaze out to the views over the charming countryside and the distant sea beyond. Sit back, relax and take in your surroundings from the large balcony whilst enjoying your morning coffee, or catch the last of the fading sunshine with a refreshing glass of wine.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the perfect base to cook up a delicious feast for family and friends, and with the dining area not far away, you can enjoy the company whilst doing so. The trendy sitting room area has generous comfortable seating, a Smart television and a cosy wood burning stove to settle next to after a long day of exploring.
Birch House has a small grassed garden area at the front of the property as well as a private gravelled garden towards the back of the property, with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, Birch House is the perfect base to explore this part of Cornwall. We loved St. Agnes- a really buzzing village with lots of places to eat or drink and despite the often gloomy weather, we've had a lovely stay.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Birch House. We have been coming down to Cornwall, and St. Agnes for as long as 60 years and always come back. This accommodation has been lovely. We have enjoyed the views and the wildlife, the tranquil location and the multiple nearby coastal walks. We will certainly be returning here and recommending to our friends and family who also love coming to visit St. Agnes. Thank you for a lovely week. :)

We've had a fantastic week at Birch House with a 2-and-a-half-year-old! The weather has been quite mixed with a couple of really blustery and rainy days so it's been the perfect house to come back to and enjoy for it's warmth, comfort and light space. We didn't realise there were sea views so that was a bonus. And our toddler was so excited to watch the cows, pigs, goats, rabbits and birds! The house is really beautifully done up and well-equipped. We've loved the upstairs for its light and space. It's very well situated so we've made the most of exploring the beaches, towns and other tourist attractions. Favourite beaches were Hollywell and Chapel Porth, the latter where I foraged for mussels and they were delicious! Thank you for sharing your fantastic home.
