Ideal for families or groups of friends when booked together with Leghorn. Guests can end fun days on the coast beside the warming glow of the stylish wood burner within the open plan living. The interior has rustic appeal and a touch of class, an ultra-glossy kitchen and two luxurious bedrooms with en-suite facilities adding a touch of glamour. Enjoy a sundowner on the decked patio as the children enjoy playing on the lawn. Within walking distance is the Knightor Winery & Restaurant and St Austell offers excellent wet weather alternatives including a cinema, ten pin bowling and indoor children's adventure centre. Well placed for a varied holiday experience, the renowned Eden Project is within walking distance; Charlestown, famous for its collection of tall ships, is a 15 minute drive whilst the exclusive waterfront town of Fowey; the cathedral city of Truro and the charming fishing village of Mevagissey are a 30 minute drive. There is ample parking and secure storage for bikes/surfboards.Pet owners, walkers and cyclists will discover scenic walks and cycle routes of the Clay Trails from the front door step and children will love to meet the resident chickens, ducks, geese and pigs. A delightful and much sought-after coastal village of stone cottages and Regency houses, on the south coast near St. Austell. Famous for its collection of tall ships riding at anchor in the harbour, the shipwreck museum, excellent pubs and restaurants and easy access to the coastal path, its the perfect holiday destination. It has even been used as a filming location, most well known for appearing in Poldark. The area is rich in golf courses with Carlyon Bay and Porthpean close by.
