Guests consistently praise the cottage for its cleanliness, comfortable amenities, and stunning location with sea views. The enclosed garden and hot tub are frequently mentioned as highlights, alongside the property's proximity to local attractions. The thoughtful touches, such as a welcoming cream tea, are well-received, although their presence is not guaranteed for every stay.
The majority of guests found the cottage to be very clean, with only a few mentioning areas that could have been improved. The high level of cleanliness contributed positively to the overall experience.
The location is highly praised for its beautiful views, proximity to the sea, and ease of access to local attractions like the Eden Project and the Gardens of Heligan. The peaceful setting is also appreciated.
Guests describe the beds as super comfy and the property as cosy and well-appointed. The presence of ensuites and a well-stocked kitchen adds to the comfort. However, some guests mentioned the sofas being low or difficult to get out of.
Facilities such as the hot tub and well-equipped kitchen are appreciated, but some guests noted the absence of a washing machine and the need for clearer instructions for appliances. The lack of a hoover and some maintenance issues like guttering and lights around the hot tub were also mentioned.
The provision of a cream tea on arrival is frequently mentioned and seen as a thoughtful gesture. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, guests should be aware that such touches, while common, may vary.
