Set within easy reach of the Eden Project and South Cornwall's famous harbour towns and villages, is this quirky, but stylish former mine captains house. Spacious both inside and out, the house has a wonderful kitchen/dining space separated from the pretty garden and deck by folding glass doors. On the ground floor, there is a sitting room with a smart TV, a comfortable snug for grown ups to retreat to, followed by the bright and social kitchen with dining space. A useful utility and downstairs wet room and loo are tucked away to the rear. Upstairs, there are three decadent bedrooms with two having fabulous en-suite bathrooms and the third being a sizeable twin. All in all, a superb family homestay with plenty of character and a fabulous feeling of light and space.

St Blazey is a town found just 3 miles outside the better known town of St Austell. With a history in engineering, mining and the railway industry, the area is much better known now for its close proximity to the groundbreaking Eden Project. The Eden Project is a series of biomes constructed in a disused quarry with the intention of mimicking tropical atmospheres for plants and vegetation. Open year round, the Eden Project is also a venue for music performances and live shows.
