The accommodation was lovely and spacious, and the inside very clean. There were just a couple of things that reduced the ratings and were issues that were due to outside factors. There was dog mess left on the gravel outside our property from other residents. The noise from the flat above was very loud, you could hear heavy feet, running children and moving furniture every night, sometime past 11pm. Other than this, the accommodation was lovely and I would stay again.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The property is in a good location close to Padstow. We found the beds and sofa hard and uncomfortable.

Lovely quiet area, great location for us as everything within a 20mins - 1hr drive away which isn’t too far in all honesty. Beds are a bit on the hard side so didn’t sleep great all week but I wasn’t going to let this spoil the break away. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.
