Good location. Unfortunately the cottage above was occupied and that meant that we could hear every conversation, footstep, opening and closing of kitchen doors, someone going up and down the stairs and my husband said when the washer was being run at night it sounded like a search and rescue helicopter was landing on out head. We had our 3 month old with us who didn't sleep at night until upstairs went to bed. The home would benefit from sound proofing.

There was milk, tea and coffee for us. As my husband is disabled the apartment was just right. It was also good as there was a brick archway where we could put the buggy overnight - safe place and dry. Very convenient position - just round the corner from Fore Street.

Otherwise it's a well maintained little place in a very good location.
