No Wi-Fi upon arrival so contacted Sykes and the cottage owner confirmed that the router was actually in the cottage above so I had to go and get the correct details as they were incorrect on the welcome guide. No shaver point in the bathroom and annoyingly the TV remotes worked on the 2 TV's in the cottage at the same time! Apart from that all as expected

Fantastic location in the heart of St Ives, just a two minute walk to all the action! Sweet ground floor home from home, with everything that you need for a weeks stay. Wi-Fi spot on, comfy large bed, 2 TVs, clean and modern and a fantastic shower room. Everything felt brand new and you could tell it had just been renovated. We would definitely stay with Carbis Bay Holidays again and of course at 2a Salubrious. Thank you.

Good location. Unfortunately the cottage above was occupied and that meant that we could hear every conversation, footstep, opening and closing of kitchen doors, someone going up and down the stairs and my husband said when the washer was being run at night it sounded like a search and rescue helicopter was landing on out head. We had our 3 month old with us who didn't sleep at night until upstairs went to bed. The home would benefit from sound proofing.
