Positioned on the first floor, this contemporary apartment has two bedrooms and a light-filled open plan living room, completed with a window seat from which to enjoy the views out to Godrevy Lighthouse and St Ives Bay. There’s a stylish kitchen / diner for when you’d prefer to eat in rather than out, and a sunny shared terrace overlooking a large communal garden for relaxation when the weather is warm and sunny.

Like many popular coastal towns, parking in St Ives can be a challenge during busier times of the year, which is why the apartment’s own parking space is a real bonus for guests. There’s also a regular bus service to the town centre which stops right outside the property, so for those who prefer not to walk back up the hill, it’s ideal!
