This well-presented and comfortable ground floor apartment is situated at the top of Porthmeor Hill in St Ives and is only a short walk to the harbour and beaches. The accommodation enjoys lovely views across Porthmeor Bay from its elevated position and has the benefit of parking for two cars as well as a small rear patio with seating.
