The rooms are bright and airy, comfortable and with wonderful views of the bay. Short walk to the beach of Carbis Bay railway station with a short hop into St Ives (I would recommend to get the train rather than drive and try to park and it is cheap). There was plenty of plates, cutlery and cooking implements, so never and issue, a couple of ovens, microwave and three fridges, what more can anyone ask for. I would not hesitate in booking again. The only issue was there was only one key for the front door and no key for the back door, would have been handy if there were a couple more.

Rooms were big, playroom for the kids, hot tub all great bonuses. Please note garden is not secure for pets, which is ashame, as only a little bit of work could make it that way. Kitchen very well equipped, could just do with a few more breakfast bowls and teaspoons. Would recommend staying here to any family, great property in amazing location of Carbis bay, not sure there is better beach anywhere in uk.
