Warm comfortable, clean and very well equipped. Steep walk down the hill and back to the beach but that was fine for our family. Might struggle if mobility wasnât good or very young children , but great for our group. We knew the lift wasnât working but one flight of small steps wasnât a problem. Really easy to get to St Ives by train or we walked along costal route. Lots of surf beaches around but I also loved swimming in calm waters of Carbis bay. Nice restaurants and cafes locally we could walk to but also lots of places in St Ives. Definitely want to return. Thank you

The beautiful decor and home comforts were very thoughtful and your kind gestures provided us with a warm and comfortable stay. Your property was so nice we looked forward to coming back after a long walk exploring the area. The stunning views were addictive and so relaxing, we felt like we were floating in a beautiful cloud. The only little issue we experienced was in the last couple of days of our stay we experienced lots of little flies in the balcony and entering the property through the open windows, kitchen & living room. We closed the windows immediately, so they couldnât enter, and we managed to remove most of the flies which had entered the property. But this meant that we couldnât use the balcony on these couple of evenings. Other than this little issue, the stay was absolutely amazing and we enjoyed every second here. Thank you so much for sharing your stunning property with us.

Only thing missing was shower non slip mat in the large shower. My young grandson slipped and badly bruised himself but he was fine after a while. Great views. Very tiring walk back from the beach up the very long steep hill. Car park at the bottom near the beach but £20. Per day.
