The dining area seats 4 people and the kitchen is equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge with icebox and washer dryer. The double bedroom has a 4'6" divan, whb and an en-suite shower/wc. The 2nd bedroom has twin 3' divans. The bathroom has a bath with hand held shower attachment, hand wash basin & wc. To the front of the property there is a sub-tropical communal garden area with table and chairs. To the rear, there is a communal decked area which can be used up to 9pm.
