Some guests mention minor maintenance issues and suggest improvements for comfort, but the overall experience is positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
The majority of guests report the apartment as 'spotless' and 'very clean', indicating high standards of cleanliness. A few isolated comments about specific cleanliness issues slightly affect the overall impression but do not overshadow the general satisfaction with the property's hygiene.
The location is highly praised for its convenience, being close to the town, beaches, and harbour, with lovely views. The ease of access and the benefit of a parking space add to the positive feedback, making the location almost ideal for visitors.
Comfort receives a good rating, with guests finding the apartment 'lovely' and 'comfortable'. However, some guests suggest that the beds and seating could be improved, and mention issues with the shower facilities, indicating room for improvement in this area.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the apartment being described as 'well-equipped'. Some guests experienced issues with the TV Skybox and oven, and there are comments about the need for better outdoor furniture and minor maintenance, which suggests that while facilities are good, there is potential for enhancement.
While some guests fondly remember receiving a cream tea on arrival in the past, there is no consistent mention of welcome gifts or special touches in the recent reviews. Therefore, it cannot be confirmed if such gestures are a current practice, and guests should not expect them as guaranteed.

Just a shame about the narrow car park especially when you have a large car one side and a van the other. But not a problem that can be solved!
Louise
