Superb property very clean and comfortable view over the bay is amazing well placed for access to coastal path and beach, will keep this property in mind if we return to Cornwall for another holiday , only very slight issue the soaker plate in the shower does not work and the shower head kept slipping down and didn't get warm otherwise ever thing was perfect for a quiet restful break

We had everything that you could possibly need. Really outstanding and the train which was only a few minutes walk away that took you into St Ives was the icing on the cake. Definitely would recommend

Very well appointed and will definitely be coming back. The only thing I’d improve is the main bed mattress was very soft (a matter of taste, I know). We stayed with our 2 teenage kids and we all loved this holiday- great surf lessons for the kids in St Ives and plenty to do locally when weather poorer.
