Set over 2 floors, this property benefits from onsite parking making exploring St Ives easy and wonderful views for enjoying sunny summer evenings.
A lovely open plan apartment set over the second and third floor and located just off the slipway from Porthmeor beach. There are two private balconies, one with sea views accessed from the lounge and the other overlooks the communal courtyard below and is accessed from the twin bedroom on the third floor.
