Formerly an art gallery, Tremayne is a beautifully renovated property situated in the town centre in St Ives, less than 100 meters from the quayside. This ground floor accommodation is full of character and has been decorated to a very high standard throughout with many bespoke art pieces and charming traditional features such as the beamed ceilings, oak flooring and exposed brickwork. There are two bedrooms in the property, one with an en-suite shower room, and also there is an enclosed courtyard area accessed from the kitchen/diner with plants and seating.

Beds: 1x double (4'6"), 1x double (4'6") and single (2'6").

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.

Accessibility: Ground floor property.

    Tremayne was lovely, so big and spacious and cosy, we loved it and will be back.

    The street was quiet, no fighting seagulls or pub traffic. The property is beautifully done, I had goosebumps walking in. The layout works well. Lots of room for bags and coats in the hall without blocking the entrance, and the bedrooms are separated by the living room and kitchen allowing plenty of privacy for each party. Showers were strong and well supplied with a large hot tank. The small courtyard gets plenty of sun and as we had dogs with us it was a useful wee place if they needed, equipped with a hose and good drain. However being so close to the beaches the dogs didn't need to use it. TV was smart and internet provision was good. We had four adults, one child and 2 dogs and never at any point felt lacking in space. We even had two friends and another dog visit for a meal, and there was still plenty of room. Beds were comfortable, sofas too. No complaints, loved every day of our holiday. Thank you very much. We will book again.

    Perfect location, loved the space and decor of the property.could do with some sound insulation from upstairs flat and maybe some instruction about how to work cooker and microwave but apart from that everything lovely
