About this property

A reverse-level, duplex apartment enjoying panoramic views of St Ives Bay. The perfect base for water sports lovers, especially surfers of all ages and abilities, this dog-friendly apartment features an airy lounge/diner, en-suite bedrooms and a split-level garden. It is just 100 metres from Porthminster Beach and enjoys easy access to Penzance and St Michael''s Mount.

The apartment is set in an elevated position along a row of period stone properties that bathe in natural light throughout the day. The decor in its large rooms has been inspired by the coast, with fresh nautical colours surrounding contemporary furniture laid out across hard flooring. After heading through a shared entrance hall, guests ascend a flight of stairs to arrive before a stunning, en-suite king-size bedroom enjoying panoramic sea views. This floor is also home to an en-suite twin bedroom, a perfect bolthole for youngsters. An inviting kitchen also stands on this floor, along with access to the rear garden. Further stairs lead up to the lounge/diner, a large space full of warmth and character that enjoys panoramic views across St Ives Bay to Godrevy Lighthouse from its comfortable sofas. Another en-suite king-size bedroom awaits just across the landing. The split-level garden at the rear of the apartment has outdoor seating. Private garage parking for two small cars is also available.

St Ives is an iconic Cornish seaside town with a wealth of family and dog-friendly eateries across its winding streets and harbourside. There are three beaches in all and Porthminster Beach (100 metres) is a must for surfers, while the town is blessed with numerous galleries and museums for those who prefer to enjoy the sea from dry land. Penzance (10 miles) offers much of the same, along with ferries out to the Isles of Scilly.
