Waters Edge is a well-equipped, spacious apartment with stunning sea views and a convenient location close to the beach and town centre. Guests have enjoyed the added luxury of spa access and the private balcony. While some minor housekeeping and maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience has been positive, with many guests looking forward to returning.
The apartment generally appears to be clean and well-kept, with several guests praising its condition. However, there are a few mentions of specific cleanliness issues such as dirty toilets, sand under rugs, and a greasy baking tray left in the oven. These seem to be isolated incidents rather than a consistent problem.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops, and galleries. The convenience of the location and the beautiful views contribute to a positive experience, with only minor concerns about the hilly terrain and parking difficulties.
Most guests found the apartment comfortable, with special mentions of the views and spaciousness. However, there were comments about hard beds, uncomfortable garden furniture, and low sofas, suggesting room for improvement in this area.
The apartment is appreciated for its facilities, including spa access and well-equipped kitchens. Nonetheless, guests have reported maintenance issues such as broken bathroom extractor fans, light bulbs flickering, and worn balcony furniture, indicating a need for attention to detail in maintaining the facilities.
While some guests mentioned a welcome pack, the contents were not consistently described, and there were no specific comments on the thoughtfulness of the provision. Therefore, it is not possible to accurately assess this category, and guests should not expect guaranteed gifts.
