Waters Watch in St Ives is a well-received apartment, praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and stunning views. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the convenience of having a parking space, despite it being tight. The location is ideal for beach access and town visits. Some guests mentioned thoughtful touches like treats on arrival, enhancing their stay.
The property is consistently described as clean and well-presented, with multiple reviews affirming its tidiness, contributing to a high level of guest satisfaction.
The apartment's proximity to beaches and the town centre is highly valued by guests, with the views particularly highlighted. The challenging parking is noted, but the location itself receives strong praise.
Comfort is frequently mentioned, with guests finding the beds and furnishings to their liking. However, there are a few remarks about an uncomfortable mattress and a broken bath plug, slightly affecting the score.
Facilities are generally well-regarded, with guests appreciating the modern amenities. Some issues with maintenance, such as a broken bath plug and rusted outdoor furniture, are noted, leading to a slightly lower score.
While guests have mentioned receiving treats upon arrival, there is not enough consistent information about other thoughtful gestures to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such gifts are a pleasant surprise and not guaranteed.

St Ives is one of Cornwall's prettiest harbour towns, with narrow streets, quayside cottages, the Tate Gallery and Barbara Hepworth museum, fabulous beaches, superb shops, a thriving artist community, and great pubs and restaurants. With its semi-Bohemian lifestyle and romantic air, this is the county's top resort. Wildlife, coastal walks, surfing, and the Celtic mysteries of Land's End Peninsula are all nearby. Excellent location!

). Fabulous views & quiet location. Donât be put off by the parking it just takes a little patience on first attempt. We found it easiest to reverse down the street & access the ramp backwards.. ample room for an average family car. Notice the property is for sale - if itâs back as a holiday let, weâd have no problem recommending!

Comfy double bed and sofas. So nice to be able to rent such a high spec property that allows dogs. Thank you so much for this! Everything we needed was found. The parking was difficult and made our arrival stressful. The approach was very tricky but to be fair we were warned of this. All in all a lovely property. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in Waters Watch!

It is very well situated, close to several beaches and the main high street which is great for young children & dog (a 2 yr old, a 2 month old & Labrador). The parking space was quite tight for our car (small SUV) and to access you have to drive up a steep ramp⦠but once parked youâll be glad the parking space is off the road when you witness to locals driving round the tight roads. Iâd recommend reversing up the ramp and leave it parked for the duration of your stay. We would definitely come back to St Ives and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely holiday
