Rounding off the first floor is a small snug room, featuring a sofa, a Smart television, and a selection of games, serving as the perfect hideaway for the little ones, and a cloakroom.
Stepping up to the second floor, you'll discover bedrooms one and two, each boasting beautiful sea views. The first bedroom features a plush king-size bed, a Smart Television, and an extra seating area for you to enjoy the tranquillity of Chy an Mor. In bedroom two, you'll find 2'6 twin single beds that can be converted to a 5' king-size bed on request. Completing the second floor is a spacious family bathroom, equipped with a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and a delightful freestanding bath; providing a sanctuary for relaxation after a day of exploring.
The final two bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. Bedroom three provides a king-size bed, while bedroom four features a king-size bed that can be arranged as twin single beds upon request; both rooms boast scenic sea views. A family shower room rounds off the ground floor, featuring a shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. Through the stable door on the ground floor, you immediately find yourself on the coastal path, a short two-minute stroll away from the charming village of Coverack.
Nestled against the hillside, steps guide you from the parking area down to the property. En route, the picturesque views continue, leading to a delightful slate terrace complete with outdoor furniture. This idyllic spot is perfect for savouring outdoor meals or simply soaking in the warmth of the Cornish sunshine.
A short stroll leads you to the harbour and the village pub, and a bit further along, you'll encounter the beach, a restaurant, cafe, and hotel, all serving delicious local produce.
