The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with guests noting it as clean and well-maintained. However, a few guests mentioned issues such as dog hairs and sand on arrival, and some areas needing a deeper clean, slightly affecting the score.

The location is consistently celebrated for its proximity to the beach and beautiful surroundings. Guests are delighted with the easy access to local amenities and scenic walks, making it an ideal spot for a holiday retreat.

" We keep coming back to Neptune (third visit) as it's a lovely location for sight seeing and dog walks, we can still find different places to explore, even though we already live in Cornwall...

The house has the potential to be lovely but is looking tired, very basic mattresses, scruffy outdoor area and outdoor furniture, upstairs large window doesn't seem to lock, we cleaned some stains from the walls and hoovered the dust from the bathroom caddies which must have been there some time. The location is great, we had a great boat trip from Padstow to see puffins and seals, hired bikes on the camel trail and did a lovely walk at the Bedruthan steps.

The closeness to the Beach is just wonderful. The house and it's amenities are like home from home. We had an awesome stay here and would definitely return. Its has everything you need for a great holiday or short break.
