Once inside, the well-appointed living room provides comfortable easy seating with attractive wood effect flooring. Off the living room is the fully refurbished kitchen and dining area which has been well equipped with the same attractive flooring running through. In one corner of the living room an attractive wooden staircase takes you upstairs where you will find the carpeted double bedroom with shower WC ensuite.  The property is heated with electric thermostatically wall mounted heating throughout.

On sunny days guests will enjoy the open countryside views from the sunny patio. The surrounding fields are available for guests staying at Barn Owl Barn to enjoy.  Ample parking on a gravelled surface next to the property for one car.

For beach lovers visit the stunning beach at Polzeath or enjoy the calmer waters and rock pools at Daymer Bay four miles respectively, once the much loved home of poet and writer Sir John Betjeman who is buried nearby at St Enodoc Church. Visit picturesque harbours such as Port Issac or take a trip over on the ferry from Rock to Padstow where food lovers can enjoy dining in one of the many superb local pubs and restaurants.

The nearest pub can be found in St Minver which is less than a mile away and the bustling Town of Wadebridge is four miles by car with a good selection of local shops, supermarkets and access to the Camel Trail with bicycle hire.
