The Rocket House is a Victorian, character building in a wonderful location for exploring the magical coastline of Daymer Bay, Polzeath and Rock, all within walking distance. A cosy bolt hole to relax and enjoy some sea air, the property is well presented with attractive furnishings, a mezzanine style layout to the first floor and a door from the kitchen leads you out to the pretty courtyard with seating for two guests, as well as private parking for one vehicle.

Walk through the front door to the colourful sitting room with comfortable seating. From the sitting room, a spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, overlooking the sitting room. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area leads through to the ground floor shower room.

Outside a private and sunny rear courtyard is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee of an evening glass of wine.

For larger groups wishing to holiday together, The Rocket House sits adjacent to Upalong, a spacious three-bedroom property accommodating six guests.

Just next door is the village grocery shop, ideal for picking up some delicious local produce. Also close by are various other local shops as well as a pub and local eateries. If you explore a little further, you will find yourself at the beautiful beach of Daymer Bay or the sandy shores of Polzeath beach. For the more adventurous, why not book yourself in at the local surf school at Polzeath beach? Or just browse the surf shops and treat yourself to something special in one of the cafes or restaurants.
