Settled into the lovely Par Sands Holiday Park, in the town of Par, Eden Way 45 is a wonderful coastal caravan with on-site facilities and a range of amenities and attractions within easy reach, making it an ideal hideaway for a family looking to explore Cornwall. Be welcomed into this property by a spacious open-plan living area, where double glass doors allow in seas of lights and, in the warmer months, access to a lovely decking area, ideal for morning coffee in the sunshine. Cook up a storm in the kitchen, enjoying your meal at the dining table, before getting cosy in the sitting area beside the glow of the electric fire stove, and enjoy a film night. When sleep calls, freshen up in the shower room before settling down for the night in either a double bedroom with en-suite basin and WC, or two twins. The famed Eden Project, which can be accessed on foot via the lush Luxulyan Valley, is approximately 2.5 miles from the the village, so you can check out the coastal scenery before visiting this exciting site. The Gribbin Peninsula, which is located between Par and the charming town of Fowey, offers stunning views of the nearby coastline and is a great place to go for a walk. Numerous locations close to Par have ties to novelist Daphne du Maurier, including the little cove at Polkerris that is home to the Rashleigh Arms and gets its name from a local landowner whose home the author frequently visited. The China Clay Country Park, Charlestown Shipwreck Museum, and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are just a few of the local attractions. Plenty of room in there for the kids and dogs the balcony is great for afternoon sunshine. Comfy beds and everything you need kitchen wise to make meals.

Accommodation was well furnished, very clean & comfortable, had everything and more needed for a lovely stay. The shower was the bestâ. Location is within easy walking distance to all amenities, shops, pubs, take aways, beach & local coastal path walks as well as centrally located in Cornwall. Site was quiet & equipped well for those with dogs. Our Labrador loved it. Very friendly staff on site, groundsmen were busy everyday keeping the caravan site clean. The site is one of the cleanest Iâve stayed at. The owner was great, very friendly and approachable, we were kept well informed in advance of booking in process. Cannot fault our stay and will definitely stay again.
