The house is very well appointed & comfortable: great bathrooms, comfy beds, outdoor shower & hanging rack for wet suits, fully equipped kitchen/diner, comfy sofas, lovely upper deck for evening drinks, plenty of parking, useful utility room. All in all, a great house for a brilliant week in Polzeath!

It was beautifully decorated, immaculately presented and perfectly well equipped. It offered excellent facilities for outside showering and hanging of our wetsuits. My party was 3 couples and it was extremely spacious for us both inside and out and it's location in central Polzeath is excellent as well. I hope to return one day.
