Beer is a traditional fishing village in a sheltered bay on the beautiful World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The port dates back to the 15th century and is charming with its beach huts and colourful boats washed up on the shingle. Stroll around the independent shops, galleries and cafes, take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Branscombe beach. Branscombe has a couple of good pubs and a beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away.

We have stayed in the flat in the last 30 years countless times. It has become our second home, our refuge and escape from everyday life. It is a lovely, very cozy and nicely furnished flat. We always feel at home there. And the people of Beer are terrific.

We enjoyed staying in this apartment, the location is fab and it's great to be able to walk to the beach in a few minutes. Also nice to have central parking for free. Good things to do with the family close by and we enjoyed exploring the area.
