Elm Cottage, Colyford
Cosy and characterful traditional cottage set in the heart of the popular and picturesque village of Colyford and the perfect base for exploring the area. The cottage is one of three that has recently been restored from derelict cottages which have been on this site for well over a hundred years. The restoration has been undertaken in such a way to retain many of the original features including an open fireplace with wood burner and exposed stone, timber and brickwork. The cottage offers a porch, kitchen and dining room, sitting room and bathroom with shower on the ground. Stairs rise to a double bedroom with en suite shower and W.C. and a further single bedroom.
The property has all you need to enjoy your stay and linen and towels are included within the holiday price. Outside there is a small patio garden and parking for one vehicle behind the cottage. Pets are welcome at the cottage. There is an excellent Post Office stores and Butchers a short distance away and further shops nearby in Seaton & Colyton.
