Guests have enjoyed stunning sea views and the spaciousness of Sunnybeach Apartment, with special mentions of its great location in Seaton. The welcome pack is appreciated, adding a touch of thoughtfulness. Some guests noted the property could benefit from improved comfort regarding the beds and outdoor furniture. Access to the property via stairs and parking has been challenging for some.
The apartment is generally found to be clean and well-maintained, though a few guests mentioned the roof terrace could be tidier. Regular cleaning, especially of outdoor areas, may need verification.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to local amenities and stunning views, making it a fantastic choice for a seaside getaway.
While the apartment is spacious and well-liked, several guests have reported the beds and pillows to be uncomfortable, suggesting an area for improvement.
The apartment is equipped with necessary amenities, but guests have suggested enhancements such as better labelling of keys, improved kitchen equipment, and updated patio furniture.
The welcome pack is a delightful touch, though it should be noted that such gifts are subject to change and may not always be provided.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

I canât believe it got couch good reviews, so hereâs my opinion:- The good - brilliant views of the sea from the front windows and a good sized spacious apartment. The bad - badly in need of new windows and radiators which are rusting. Windows in the front room were filthy too. The ugly - areas of the apartment hadnât been cleaned before we arrived. The fridge was disgusting, one of the beds slept in and not changed and two of the toilets were revolting, with faeces left in and obviously uncleaned and they smelled absolutely disgusting. The fridge needed cleaning as did the windows and the roof terrace was filthy with bird muck hence we didnât use it. The shower in the smaller bedroom had no hot water and if you need to do any kind of work while youâre away (which we did), donât rely on the internet as the connection is terrible. We had to use the local Tesco as we couldnât do what we needed in the apartment. We were promised £150 compensation for all this which, almost a month on has yet to be received. I wouldnât recommend this place at all.

The accommodation was so much more than I expected. Typically, when I see pictures of a rental, it looks big and spacious and then in reality it's small. Definitely not this place! There was so much room and it was so very comfortable. The view of the ocean right in the living room and kitchen was literally the best, or maybe it was hanging out on the roof-top terrace. I can't stop raving about this place to my family and friends and have already recommended one of my colleagues stay here. There's parking, the view is literally the beach, how can you get any better than that, it's walking distance to everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely want to come back sooner rather than later! Honestly, one of the best places that I've stayed so far- it's clean, spacious, there's a cute welcome package where I ate all the cookies in a day! Absolutely cannot stop raving about this place!

Very spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Lovely welcome package too - thank you. The only down side are the steps up to the back door. It is mentioned in the listing that there are 30 steps, but this is an outdoor metal, very steep stair case. Indoors there is an interior staircase which feels much safer. But climbing so high was well worth it, for the amazing sea view from the living area.
