Inside, the accommodation is stylish and contemporary and offers a real home from home for its guests. The open-plan living area is a wonderful introduction to the property and is a great space for socialising with friends and family. There is an extensive seating area which is bright and airy and the perfect place to gather together and there is a stylish dining area all set up for long, lingering meals with your party and a contemporary kitchen which is fully fitted with everything you could need for preparing delicious meals for your family or loved ones and comes complete with an attractive breakfast bar where guests can pull up a stool, pour themselves a drink and keep the designated chef company. A feature spiral staircase leads upstairs to where the two beautifully presented bedrooms are. Choose from the master king-size or the twin but both offer a welcoming sanctuary away from the excitement of the main house and are the perfect place to wake up in the morning. Grab a refreshing shower in the sleek, contemporary shower room and you’re ready to face the day. There is so much to see and do in the area it’ll be hard to pack it all in. Seaton is a wonderful place to visit and has its own tramway and the Jurassic Fun Centre as well as a good selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Take the tram along the coast past Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve to Colyton which is a picturesque medieval market town and well worth a visit. A short but scenic drive away is Pecorama and Beer, famous for its quarry caves, with the seaside towns of Lyme Regis and Sidmouth also nearby. For holiday memories to treasure a visit to The Water Tower Studio is a must.
Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Extremely well maintained and meticulously clean. All facilities as described. The only thing which could have been improved would be to have some kind of privacy plastic/semi transparent adhesive plastic applied to the downstairs toilet window so that anyone in the other 2 properties doesnât get an unwelcome view!! At present, if you use the toilet, you need to pull the blind down. A minor criticism.

The welcome pack was such a treat when we arrived. The only thing I can think of to improve the holiday was to have a pair of oven gloves. Otherwise very well equipped.

The Water Tower Studio is ideally situated to visit places in Devon and Dorset. The property worked really well for our family. The garden is was a great added bonus. We would highly recommend the property.
