Everything was to such a high standard. Nice to have enough crockery that if the dishwasher was full, still enough glasses, mugs/plates etc for the next meal. Good bedroom layouts. We had our grown up âchildrenâ with us, so having the 2 twin rooms was great. Beds comfortable, house was extremely clean. I have never used an aga before, had I had time to look at some YouTube tutorials i wouldâve liked to have used it, but even though the instructions were there, perhaps a simple âidiots(!)â guide would be useful! Hot water all the time a rarity in holiday homes - thanks for that extra bonus! Showers reliably worked Made use of the table and chairs to the front patio. We ate there at every meal. Beautiful garden. Lawn was freshly cut and looked stunning Donât usually go to the same place twice, but this house suits our family and the location is spot on for seaton and beer without need for the car so will definitely make another booking.

We very much enjoyed our stay there. The only mishap was a lot of rubbish left over from the previous holiday which was left in the bin provided and that made it difficult to use fully - the bin collection did not coincide with our departure day so unfortunately the next let would have the same problem.
