Step into the studio-style space to find everything you need for a lovely self-catering break, including a compact kitchen with a hob and combi oven to cook up a delicious meal on. Dine with a glass of wine at the dining table, before settling down on the sofa to watch a film and cosy up with your loved one. When sleep calls, the plush king-size bed invites you to rest, and when you wake, the shower room is nearby for freshening up ahead of an adventurous day. A bustling market town located 8.5 miles north-west of Exeter's cathedral city, in an area of Devon known as "Red Devon," so named because of the distinctive red soil that is of prime agricultural quality and ideal for growing swedes. This is a rural area of Devon that is peaceful and unspoiled, with ruby cattle grazing among the rolling green meadows. There are numerous scattered villages with warm inns, well-stocked farm shops, and welcoming locals. Crediton has a variety of gift and grocery stores, a fantastic farmers' market, a modern leisure centre, and numerous family-friendly pubs.

We had a lovely week at the pool house both Ema and Richard were both very friendly and helpful we even had a swim in the lovely pool it is very well placed as a base to explore Devon we will definitely be returning again

The sun terrace is great for al fresco dining and basking in the sun (should there be any). Warm welcome from the owners whose thoughtful touches made the stay very enjoyable. The Pool House has all the amenities required and is well positioned for exploring Devon and Cornwall. Would definitely return.
