It is an idyllic family holiday destination within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty set within the Blackdown HIlls less than an hour’s drive from Exmoor or Dartmoor. Dogs are welcome and for those who want to venture out there are some great woodland walks within a short stroll. Exclusive coarse fishing available in the small Marlpit lake.
The house is furnished to a very high standard and has a double height fully glazed lounge with wood burner. There is also a balcony off the main bedroom; a ground floor decking area to the rear and a large patio off the kitchen with outside seating for 12, plus barbecue.
