Guests say

This summary has been generated using feedback from guests who have stayed at this property

The Linhay in Devon is highly praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and tranquil setting. Guests appreciate the attentive host, Briony, and the peaceful environment. The hot tub is a recurring highlight, offering relaxation amidst countryside views. While some find the remote location and access roads challenging, others embrace the seclusion. Thoughtful touches like welcome baskets add to the positive experience, though they are not guaranteed for every stay.

Cleanliness

Guests consistently commend the property for its exceptional cleanliness, with multiple reviews highlighting the tidy and well-maintained condition upon arrival. One negative review regarding cleanliness and bed condition slightly impacts the score.

Location

The property's remote and peaceful setting is appreciated by many guests seeking tranquillity. However, the access via narrow country roads and the distance from local amenities is noted as a drawback by some, affecting the score.

Comfort

The majority of guests find The Linhay comfortable, with special mentions of the luxurious hot tub and well-appointed interiors. One report of an uncomfortable bed and a structural issue slightly lowers the score.

Facilities

Reviews highlight the well-equipped kitchen, modern facilities, and the addition of a hot tub as positives. A single complaint about maintenance issues with a bed and the approach road suggests room for improvement.
