Inside, you will find well-presented, open-plan living space complete with a fully-fitted kitchen, where you and your loved ones can prepare meals together to be enjoyed at the dining table or perched on the large corner sofa whilst you watch a film or two on the Smart TV. As the evenings grow darker, enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple on the furnished balcony before retreating to one of three, plush bedrooms, including a king with en-suite shower where you an refresh and rejuvenate as your prepare for your well-earned slumber. Bampton is a delightfully tranquil Devon community located near to the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Batherm, a tributary of the River Exe. There are many country pursuits available in this rural area, including fishing in the two reservoirs at Wimbleball and Clatworthy, Exmoor safaris through dramatic windswept moors, walking the Exe Valley Way, horseback riding across the moor, and cycling along the Lowman Way. The nearby towns of Dulverton and Tiverton also provide plenty of amenities. The lovely North Devon coastline, which is farther away, offers wonderful walks, little coves, sandy beaches, and views of Wales. An excellent starting point for touring North Devon and the Exmoor National Park is Bampton.
