The barn is warm and bright, thanks to underfloor heating and large, south-facing patio doors and windows. A spacious, farmhouse-style kitchen provides the perfect place to create delicious meals for the group, to share together in the dining room where there’s a table to seat all 12 guests. Steps lead down to the light and airy lounge, where various seating areas allow you to watch the Smart TV, relax with a book or play a board game. Patio doors lead from here to the enclosed patio with seating for everyone to enjoy evenings of great food and laughter under the stars.

Barnstaple has a bustling high street with many independent shops and cafes, as well as a lively pannier market selling a wide variety of local produce and handmade crafts. From here, you can access the Tarka Trail, a traffic-free walking and cycling route that runs for 180 miles across North Devon and Exmoor. You can’t come to North Devon without exploring at least one of its magnificent beaches. Saunton Sands is the perfect place to escape from it all, with over 3 miles of golden sand backed by one of the largest sand dune systems in the British Isles.
