This 200 year old cottage is set right beside the river on a peaceful lane in Braunton and it's an easy stroll to the individual shops, cafes and pubs of this large and friendly village. Within 3 miles of the beach at Saunton Sands and the outstanding dunes of Braunton Burrows the village is well located for a range of outdoor pursuits. Surfing is very popular and there is a wide choice of surf schools and places to hire and buy boards and wetsuits. Braunton also plays host to the UK's only British Surf Museum.  Cyclists will love the famous 'Tarka Trail' which begins in the village and wends its way 30 miles through glorious countryside to Meeth (bicycles available to hire locally). There are plenty of opportunities for horse riding, fishing and mountain biking on Exmoor which is around 30 minutes away by car, and children will love to spot the unique Exmoor ponies high on the moorlands. Wonderful coastal walks rise and dip over rocky headlands along the South West Coast path giving panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean. A comfortable and well-located semi-detached cottage (pictured on the left) to take advantage of the area, Mill Stile has two bedrooms overlooking the lawned back garden. A galley kitchen, cosy lounge/diner and a ground floor bathroom complete the property. A fully enclosed rear garden at the rear offers a lawned area (3 step approach) with garden furniture and a utility shed housing washing machine and sink.

Steep stairs to First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Single + 2'6" pull out bed.

Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
