With a choice of friendly local pubs, quality restaurants, cafes and individual shops nearby, this delightful property offers all you would want for a family holiday and is especially well equipped for your four-legged family members.

As soon as you set foot in this uniquely styled property its casual elegance will be very much in evidence. A tiled hallway leads through the middle of the snug and dining areas, both of which have feature fireplaces and rugs on wood flooring. Moroccan shutters lead you into the good sized kitchen area with rustic wood table, seating for 3 and window seating for 2. There is a ‘doggy’ area in the open space under the stairs with full size crate (including dog pad) which can be split to accommodate 2 smaller dogs. The owners have thought of everything for your pooches including, towels, treats and doggy bags. The galley style utility area with WC also provides plenty of over-head storage. A second living room with quality cream leather Stressless furniture, TV and DVD player is located on the first floor along with bedroom one and spacious bathroom.  Further stairs lead up to the second floor where you will find a large twin room with TV, day-bed and separate desk area with extra TV for gaming etc providing an ideal space for teenagers to ‘chill’.

An enclosed garden area with artificial grass and garden furniture is great for relaxing after a day spent exploring North Devon or catching the waves at the magnificent sandy, surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde, each within a ten minute drive. The old railway line now forms part of the 180 mile long Tarka Trail.  The Trail is easily accessed from the village and is popular with walkers and cyclists.

Bathroom with shower over bath and heated towel rail, WC and basin. Stairs to second floor: Bedroom 2 with twin and day bed and TV’s.
