Perfectly situated for exclusive access to one of the most iconic beaches in North Devon, with stunning uninterrupted views over the beach of Croyde, Outer Bias is the perfect property for those who love to take full advantage of the wide range of activities on offer. With scenic walks, surfing and watersports right on the doorstep, and local pubs within walking distance, Outer Bias is perfect for those who wish to relax, and the more adventurous!

Storage shed outside for surfboards/bikes etc. “Each Wednesday morning (weather permitting) the gardener mows the lawn and tends to the garden. Please could cars be parked on Tuesday evening in such a way to allow access to the lawn between the house and garage for his sit-on mower”.
Parking: Private parking for 3-4 cars depending on size. An electric car Type 2 charging point is at the property
