Guests say

Guests consistently praise the Penryn apartment for its cleanliness, central location, and the owner's hospitality. The property is well-equipped and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. While parking can be challenging, the owner's efforts to assist and the proximity to local amenities are appreciated.

Reviewers frequently mention the property's cleanliness, describing it as 'very clean' and 'exceptionally clean', indicating high standards of hygiene and upkeep.

The central location is highlighted as a positive feature, with easy access to local restaurants, harbour, and beaches. However, parking difficulties due to the central location slightly affect the score.

The apartment is repeatedly described as comfortable, spacious, and cosy, with separate living spaces and well-furnished rooms contributing to a pleasant stay.

Facilities are well-regarded, with a well-equipped kitchen and amenities like WiFi and washing machines. Some minor suggestions for improvements prevent a perfect score.

While the owner's helpfulness and hospitality are frequently commended, there is no mention of gifts or special touches that would fall under 'thoughtfulness'. Therefore, this score cannot be provided.

Light and airy. Well equipped and perfect for our family of five. In a perfect location for exploring Ilfracombe and surrounding areas. Our host Brenden, was also very welcoming and communicated well from start to finish. Highly recommended

Parking can be tricky as on street parking soon fills up. TV is a bit small for family viewing and although Freeview works, the Apps stopped working after a couple of days - so no live streaming. Cooking facilities were good though fridge needed a clean, bathrooms were ok but bring your own toiletries, beds were comfortable but living room furniture is basic and not so comfortable. We went during Xmas week and sadly no Xmas tree or decorations which would have added a nice touch.

Owner responded quickly to enquiries and was very helpful. Parking could be a bit tricky but always found somewhere nearby to park.
