Bookings are encouraged from groups where a member of the party has a disability, the barn is fully accessible throughout and guests can access the higher floor via wheelchair lift. Outside areas, the pool and the adjacent land towards the lake are also accessible. The barn is extremely well equipped with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury home. It is also only a few miles away from the golden beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde and within easy reach of the market town of Barnstable.

What a wonderful place for a relaxing time with family or friends. It’s very comfortable and the location is great - so well positioned for so many beautiful places.

This cottage was perfect. 6 large double bedrooms rooms with excellent facilities for my very disabled husband .There is a large main lounge and another large lounge where we played snooker , table tennis and other games . The kitchen diner is massive with a very large dinning table for all to sit round .The swimming pool was fab and had a changing room beside it with a shower . As well as a garden there was a very large field where we flew our kites. There is also a path down to a lake where you can canoe and paddle board but unfortunately the weather was not that good so we didnt use the lake . There is a little play area with a swing and slide for the little ones . All in all it was superb and we will go again . We were a group of 13 aged from 2yrs to 92yrs and it suited all .

Beautiful and very clean and well equipped for all levels of age & ability. We were particularly impressed with the ‘small’ gestures (dish washer tabs, washing gel for washing machine, soap in every room, enough toilet roll for the week, towels galore, cleaning materials to deal with spills and daily chores which is very considerate. Very impressed with how our dogs were also included in the hospitality gift and allowed in the pool and hot tub. I really cannot fault. We met the owners most days as they attended the alpacas and checked the pool, nothing was too much trouble and they are a lovely humble couple. Thank you for offering an amazing accommodation - our holiday would not have been possible without the facilities and space this property offered
