Linwood, a villa on the waterfront of a watersports centre in Instow, has wonderful views of the estuary across to the village of Appledore. A very well equipped cottage everything has been thought of ,the veranda was like an additional room ,and great for coffee in the morning watching the boats on the estuary and the changing tides. The house was tastefully furnished and very clean .we would certainly consider booking it again
