Lack of internet caused a significant problem and stress to both myself and my wife, as we needed it for work issues. Reading recent reviews this has been an issue for weeks so I am surprised it has not been sorted. Bath was very dirty on arrival.

The views from the balcony were spectacular although having to step in and out of the window was a little awkward. Only disappointment was that there was no internet connection to the router box would not even link up to the TV, although a list of passwords were given to use from other apartments none of them worked.

On arrival the fridge wasnât cold, only half the toaster worked, the router still hadnât been fixed and the towel rail in the ensuite didnât heat up nor did the light work on the mirror. The outside balcony space could do with a paint as looking at what appears to be black mold isnât ideal. When we reported these issues we were told the âownersâ would order a new router. That was it, no update and nothing was fixed during our stay. This and the tired furnishings gave us the impression that the apartment wasnât really loved or cared about. This apartment has so much potential and doesnât require much spent on it to make it great again. The views are amazing, no doubt about that, but the inside really lets it down especially if the weather isnât great and you have to be inside! We are booked to return in September and hope the owners take onboard our constructive comments as with a little tlc this apartment could be perfect.
