not enough information on arriving at car park in order to gain access to apartment . no general welcome book of how to operate dish washer washing machine tv with a separate tv box no welcome pack just a general lack of tips in writing from the owner would have been helpful all very much kept in the dark about things that needed explaining the first two days big thank you to Steve the maintenance man from Byron who helped us with mist fire protection machine and air circulation unit

Accomadation very good and sold as dog friendly unfortunately the position is not convenient for dogs to stay
