Wonderful single storey cabin with Eco green roof and Kingsize bed. Wonderful sea views from the garden and within walking distance of Woolacombe Bay.
A modern holiday home just 200 metres from the golden sands of Woolacombe Beach, one of North Devon’s most popular water sports destinations. This single-storey detached house, which sits within the grounds of a much larger property, has been finished to a high standard and is surrounded by undulating gardens and enviable sea views. Step through bi-fold doors into the open-plan living area with sea views, a place to snuggle up with a loved one on comfortable sofas, with the bonus of modern tech and a small kitchenette all within easy reach. The king-size bedroom opposite showcases double-aspect views of the enclosed garden, while a large shower room nearby is the perfect place to recharge those batteries after a long day exploring the coast.
Water sports lovers will be in their element on Woolacombe Beach, a mecca for swimmers, surfers and paddle boarders, while the village offers an array of independent shops, cafes and bars ripe for exploring. Walkers are also spoilt for choice in the immediate area, with a section of the South West Coast Path passing through the village towards the hidden coves scattered along the coast. For a change of scenery, the beaches at Croyde and Saunton Sands (both within 9 miles), are an idyllic setting just right for a long afternoon stroll away from the crowds throughout the year.
